The hotel is perfectly situated, very close to oxford street and the London palladium. The continental breakfast was nice and the beds very comfy.
The staff could have been a lot friendlier, i asked for an ironing board but one did not turn up so i had to go to reception and ask again. Thee was no security at the hotel anyone could walk in and the luggage department was unlocked.

Spacy room. There was a bedroom (very small) and a reception room. Very good for this price. It was warm and clean. The staff was frinedly. There was a problem in the bathroom and the maintenance staff fixed it in few hours. Plenty of space to put your things. Good for visiting London for shopping or short trip. For its price it was very good.
The breakfast was poor. The bath shower head was not strong enough. A problem that appeared with the bath pipes was fixed fast, so no problem
